Water Damage – Phoenix Home

Water damage to this Phoenix home was the result of a water line carrying clean water above the ceiling of in the second floor subfloor of this two-story home. The leaking water ran down the double doors and onto the ceiling drywall panels. SERVPRO of Phoenix would respond immediately to the homeowners call. When our industry certified crew arrived, they would perform a complete assessment of the damages. They would also create a water damage restoration plan. The wet ceiling panels would need to be torn out and safely removed and disposed of properly. The source of the leak would be located and repaired. Then the water damaged trim work of the door would need to be removed and then replaced.
