Fire Damage – Phoenix Home
Fire damage at this Phoenix home was extensive. The fire had spread enough to require substantial amounts of water to be used by the firefighters. So in addition to the fire damage, there was considerable water damage to be dealt with. The homeowners along with their insurance company adjuster determined that there would be substantial demolition and replacement of building materials to return the home to preloss condition. Should SERVPRO of Phoenix be selected to perform the work, we would do an overall damage assessment and present a plan for restoration to the homeowners and their insurance adjuster. We would then begin the arduous task of demolition and removing the unsalvageable building materials. The water would then be cleaned up, and the affected areas would be dried. Once dried an antimicrobial substance would be applied to prohibit any future mold growth. The lingering odor of soot and smoke damage from the fire would be dealt with using hi-tech equipment. The homeowners would be able to expect their home would be returned to preloss conditions.
