Lone Mountain Mold Problem

The Before Photo depicts an extreme mold infestation in the utility room of this home in Lone Mountain. This rental unit had been vacant, and the colonizing of the fungi went unabated for quite some time. Our applied microbial remediation technicians demolished the non-salvageable drywall and flooring, wrapped the parts in plastic bags to prevent cross-contamination, and removed them from the area. After scrubbing the remaining vestiges of mold patches, a biocide agent was sprayed on all exposed framing and subflooring. The white mold and mildew resistant primer was then applied to the raw lumber. Air scrubbers (fitted with HEPA filters) were extracting airborne spores, mold pieces, and dust to help purify the ambient air thereby restoring safe indoor air quality. Need help?
